Day in Jordanstown

I travelled to to Jordanstown with my lovely friends from work to spend a day at our collegue Kholoud and her Husband's house. Here are some photos or that fantastic day.

I met up with Filipa, Ioanna and Karolina at the Botanic train station and we jumped on a train to Jordanstown which is located seven miles (11 km) north from Belfast. We got picked up from the train station and we drove to the house.

The weather was absolutely stunning so we carried the chairs outside. There we got to enjoy from the sun and some amazing Turkish coffee. A bit later Kholoud's friend Jenny also joined us.

After a fabulous day in the sun it was time for dinner. And let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! So good!

After dinner it was time for another Arabic tradition: Shisha. And some more delicious coffee with traditional Polish chocolate that Karolina brought.

It started to get a bit chilly outside so we moved inside to eat some more (so much food). It was time for tea and cake. It was just Filipa's Birthday so Kholoud surprised her with a birthday cake.

After we had completely stuffed ourselves with cake, we started to head towards Belfast just as the sun was going down. We had a gorgeous view from our train's window. We had such a great day, thank you all my dear girls x
