It had been way too long since I've been snowboarding so I was super exited to go for a holiday to Chamonix (or Chamonix-Mont-Blanc) with my boyfriend and friends. Situated in the Haute-Savoie region of France, Chamonix is bordered by
Switzerland and Italy and dominated by the incredible Aiguilles de
Chamonix mountain chain which peaks at the top of Mont Blanc (4810m) -
the highest in Western Europe.
A week was not nearly enough to do everything there is to do! There are so many different areas to ski on, I feel like we only managed to scratch the surface. On top of snowboarding/skiing there's also many sights to be seen, amazing viewpoints and of course a great nightlife.
